We travel up and down the East coast and always look forward to making this place one of our destinations. Four years in a row. Why? This place is beautiful, the owners and staff are great people, and the place is very clean. This place is truly a great camping experience. Alot of wildlife in the area and the NJ Skylands area and Delaware Water Gap are spectacular. Hiking is a must do. There is so much to see right in the campground. It is also great to see the wolves at the preserve. We hope to become seasonals there. This is one place we can stay at for a long time and never get bored. Thanks again and we hope to be there soon.

We made reservations only a couple of weeks in advance, so were lucky to get in. The site was large, but sewer hookup was on one side and power hookup on the other. A longer hose fixed that problem. They have a great store with RV supplies, so if you forgot something, odds are they will have it. The staff are A+. The placed was packed, had great activities, and great live entertainment on Saturday night. This is one place you could spend an entire week at and never leave the CG.If you bring your kids, they will have a great time regardless of age. We will return.

We had a great time spending Christmas and New Years here. The indoor pool, hot tub and arcade were a big plus on those chilly days. This is the only campground with this option which is a big plus for the kids. Of course, the time of year makes this place quiet, but still very clean. The bath house was spotless and well heated. The staff was very helpfull and pleasant. The sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound were breathtaking, and you never have to leave the campground to enjoy both. We will camp here again, SOON

We are going to make this place an annual vacation spot. This is our second summer trip to this place and as last year, was fantastic. The owners of this CG are very nice and very helpful. We have stated to the owners not to change a thing. The lake is beautiful and clean. It is a hikers paradise with all the trails and the wolf preserve. The surrounding area is great with plenty to do. We stayed for 8 days and could have stayed for 20 more. We will be back...

Checked out their web site and found a rate increase for the 2007 year. For a family of 4 water front is $ 75.00. Note not all water front sites have access to the water. Swimming pool is not open the full camping season. This place is just too expensive.

We camped during a Noreaster which made it quite exciting. The waves were huge but fishing was out of the question. Great beach combing though during high tide. This place is great for self contained units as rest room and shower facilities are primitive. Especially if you have kids. A bike riders paradise and great trails to hike. A great place for viewing wildlife also. Did not see many ponies due to the weather , but a lot of deer. Open year round. If you want to camp on one of the best beaches on the east coast , than tis place is for you.

Very nice, and quiet campground. The sites are huge and big rig friendly. We camped here several times this year and although this place is quite expensive, it is well managed and owners do not tolerate people that can not follow simple rules. The fishing is fantastic ( catch and release ) Just make sure if you bring a pet, that you have proof of vaccinations. This place is ideal for quality family time, the way camping is supposed to be. If you are looking for a place that has arcades etc for the kids than this place is not for you. Close to Assateague and Ocean City.

AAA++ in our book. A very nice and quiet campground. The cg and surrounding area are beautiful. Delaware Water Gap is close by with awesome views. Plenty to do at cg, They have a nice clean swimming lake, beautiful streams, and excellent hiking trails. They charge .25 for showers, but they are spotless and you get instant hot water. Nice game room and mini golf. They have wildlife pens with deer and the Lakota wolf preserve located right on the cg. Well worth the $ for guided tours. Sites are large and staff are excellent. This is what real camping is all about. We will go back again.

Watch out for low hanging branches and poorly maintained roads. Food is excellent at camp store.

We have been camping here for 4 years and enjoy it every time. We started in a pop up camper and like this place because it is open year round and has a heated bath house that is open year round. It is a quiet campground with owners that work hard to make your stay enjoyable. A great view of the Pokomoke sound and far away enough from the crazy summer traffic. Check out their web site. It is very helpful.

Nice cg as long as you did not have sites around the hundreds due to poor drainage. Close to Major attractions.
